The Process:
The process of designing, constructing, and installing your custom product is very important to Bay Cabinets. What should you expect if you are looking into getting custom made cabinets, pantries, bars, bookshelves, mantels or desks? Bay Cabinets shares the following with you:
STEP 1: Initial Consultation
Provide Bay Cabinets with details of the custom wood product that you would like Bay Cabinets to build. For example: Tells us what product you are looking for, (cabinets, a bar, bookshelves, pantry, mud room bench, etc); how many cabinets do you have in mind; would you need your old cabinets removed; what kind of countertops are you looking to install--wood, marble, granite, laminate; do you want glass on the doors; are you building around appliances; and any additional information necessary to complete your product.
STEP 2: Estimate
After our sales person obtains all the information, views the work area, and has taken measurements, Client is provided with an estimate. Client then has the opportunity to make changes, accept or decline the estimate.
STEP 3: Deposit
Once Client signs the contract/estimate, Bay Cabinets will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimate. Deposit will then be applied to the contract total.
STEP 3 Design Consultation
Bay Cabinets works with the Client to finalize the CAD drawings. Assistance can be provided for selection of cabinet styles, door styles, paints and/or stains, non-wood product such as marble, granite, Pionite, glass, as well as door and drawer hardware, and any other product necessary to finalize the product.
